Meet Annalise

Therapist specializing in ADHD, anxiety, and relationship support

I'm a licensed therapist providing online therapy for adults across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

You don’t have to keep figuring things out on your own.

Who I Work With

I work with adults, couples, and families experiencing ADHD-related challenges, anxiety, communication difficulties, and relationship stress. Sessions support clients struggling with focus, overwhelm, executive functioning issues, and emotional connection. All clients must be 18 or older.

My Therapeutic Approach

Clients often appreciate that therapy sessions feel both supportive and productive. In my approach to therapy, I meet you with warmth and curiosity while gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. This process helps you work through anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, stress, and relationship difficulties in a meaningful, manageable way.

Why I do this work

I've always been the person people turned to when they needed support, comfort, or someone to truly listen. I feel incredibly lucky that what started as a natural calling became my life's work.

I created this practice for the high achievers, overthinkers, and caregivers who spend so much time caring for others that they rarely make space for themselves.

If you're tired of carrying it all alone, therapy can be a place to exhale, feel understood, and finally receive the support you deserve.

Therapy Methods & Modalities

Systemic therapy

Explores how the relationships, patterns, and dynamics within your family, marriage or partnership, and broader environment shape your individual experiences and wellbeing.

Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)

Helps the client identify and reshape the emotional patterns and attachment needs driving conflict, disconnection, and distress in their most important relationships..

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Guides you in exploring the different "parts" of yourself — including the protective and wounded parts — to build greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and inner harmony.

Attachment-based Therapy

Examines how your earliest relationships and bonding experiences have shaped the way you connect, trust, and show up in relationships today — creating space to heal old wounds and build more secure, fulfilling connections.

Outside of therapy sessions, you can usually find me listening to Taylor Swift, reading a good thriller (Ruth Ware is a favorite), tending to my plants, or making an iced coffee while catching up on Housewives—or whatever’s on Bravo.

I would LOVE to work with Teresa & Joe (RHONJ) for family therapy!
